基于约瑟夫森量子电压标准设计了交流功率差分测量系统。通过分析差分采样系统的误差分布及误差传递函数,提出换向差分测量方法,减小了差分采样系统的增益误差,提高了电压幅值测量准确度;通过分析衰减系数η,证明了采用换向差分测量较容易实现10-7量级电压幅值测量。通过评估差分采样系统零相位,结果证明了差分采样系统具有较好的相位测量稳定性。分析了交流功率差分测量系统的不确定度分量,评估了功率因数为1.0,0.5 L和0.5 C时的功率测量不确定度,通过与国家交流功率基准装置进行实验比对,证明了基于约瑟夫森量子电压交流功率测量系统不确定度评估的合理性。  相似文献

ABSTRACT

Typical metal oxide corrosion products of structural materials have been irradiated with γ-rays in ultra-pure water to investigate the effect of radiation on the surface oxide and the nature of adsorbed water. Analysis techniques including thermal gravimetric analysis, differential thermal analysis, diffuse reflectance infrared Fourier transform spectroscopy, and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy before and after γ-irradiation were employed to investigate surface structural effects and adsorbed water behaviour. The production of H2 in the oxide nanoparticle mixtures was investigated by gas chromatography to probe the mechanism of radiolysis in the water/oxide mixtures and the relationship with surface water. The nature of water at the surface of the oxides was affected by γ-radiation and the relationship was dependent on the particle composition. The rate of H2 production was shown to be oxide dependent, and higher rates of H2 formation were attributed to the decomposition of surface adsorbed water. Changes to the surface chemistry and H2 production rates were found to be highly dependent on the surface chemistry of the metal oxide nanoparticle and no bulk structural changes were observed.  相似文献

Current immunosensors have an insufficient number of binding sites for the recognition of biomolecules, which leads to false positive or negative results. In this research, a facile, cost‐effective, disposable, and highly selective electrochemical immunosensing platform is developed based on cationic polyelectrolyte polyallylamine (PAAMI) anchored laser‐ablated graphene (LAG). Here, for the first time, PAAMI is introduced to stabilize LAG flakes, while retaining the intrinsic thermal and electronic properties of the substrate by noncovalent π–π interaction and electrostatic physical absorption. The sensing platform offers a suitable number of anchoring sites for the immobilized antibodies by providing ? NH2 functional groups. The proper grafting of PAAMI is confirmed through X‐ray photoelectron spectroscopy and Raman spectroscopy. The immunosensing platform is applied to detect immunoglobulin (IgG) biomarkers as a proof of concept. Under optimized conditions, the sensing platform exhibits a linear range of 0.012–15 and 15–352 ng mL?1 with a limit of detection of 6 pg mL?1 for IgG detection with high selectivity. Based on the analysis, the developed immunosensing platform can be used for point‐of‐care detection of IgG in clinical diagnostic centers. Furthermore, the developed strategy is well suited for the detection of other cancer biomarkers after immobilizing the relevant antibodies.  相似文献

上海、浙江和江苏等地陆续出台了两部制电价制度,以期解决天然气发电(以下简称气电)企业成本高、经营困难等问题。为了研究该电价制度对气电企业盈利能力的影响,在对比分析上述三地电价政策和实施效果的基础上,基于不同类型机组的三大经营指标(项目财务内部收益率、经济净现值、动态投资回收期),采用项目经济性分析模型探究了不同类型燃气电厂的经济性。研究结果表明:①现行两部制电价与单一制电价相比,电价水平小幅度下降,给企业经营带来了一定的冲击,但从长远看,则有利于形成可持续的发展机制;②两部制电价是各地政府经过充分调研和测算后根据该区具体情况制定的,在该政策下多数企业处于盈亏平衡点附近,综合条件优、管理水平高的企业能取得一定的盈利,反之则亏损;③当电量电价一定且大于盈亏平衡点时,企业效益随年利用小时数的增加而提升,反之则随年利用小时数的增加而降低。结论认为:①两部制电价能起到促进企业管理和技术水平提升,引导和鼓励电力投资的作用,符合我国电力体制改革的方向;②政策制定时应针对不同时期建成的项目加以区别对待,实现上网电价、天然气价格和供热蒸气价格的"三个联动";③应建立大数据平台,实行气网、电网联合调度;④发电企业应创新管理,降低电厂建设及维护成本,提升机组效率,降低气耗。  相似文献

The alternating direction multiplier method (ADMM) is widely used in computer graphics for solving optimization problems that can be nonsmooth and nonconvex. It converges quickly to an approximate solution, but can take a long time to converge to a solution of high-accuracy. Previously, Anderson acceleration has been applied to ADMM, by treating it as a fixed-point iteration for the concatenation of the dual variables and a subset of the primal variables. In this paper, we note that the equivalence between ADMM and Douglas-Rachford splitting reveals that ADMM is in fact a fixed-point iteration in a lower-dimensional space. By applying Anderson acceleration to such lower-dimensional fixed-point iteration, we obtain a more effective approach for accelerating ADMM. We analyze the convergence of the proposed acceleration method on nonconvex problems, and verify its effectiveness on a variety of computer graphics including geometry processing and physical simulation.  相似文献

The extent to which the deliberative scenario brackets socio-economic inequalities (i.e., functioning as an ideal public sphere) has been long-debating. This study empirically addresses this question in the online setting. We test whether offline advantages (i.e., economic and cultural capitals) can be translated into power in online deliberation and how their dynamic relations further influence interlocutors’ deliberation experience (i.e., perceived procedural fairness and validity claim). Power is conceptualized as network power, including prestige (indegree), leadership (outdegree), and brokering power (betweenness). A national sample of Singaporeans participated in a three-week online deliberation, and network power is measured based on the web log. The participants answered a two-wave (i.e., pre- and post-deliberation) survey to indicate individual attributes. Structural equation modeling finds that online deliberation brackets as well as reinforces offline status. Economic capital is suppressed while cultural capital translates into network power, which further influences interlocutors’ evaluation of the deliberation.  相似文献
